Safety and First Aid Training
We are committed to safety and SCUBA Network's instructors offer training from a variety of agencies to satisfy diving and non-diving first aid, CPR, and Public Safety requirements. Local Boaters and Marine Services employees can take courses that satisfy US Coast Guard licensing requirements, and OSHA compliant training programs mean your safety credentials will be recognized at work and on the job wherever you are in the United States.

For those who want to take the next step, and become instructors themselves or who require a Healthcare Professional or Dive Professional certification program, we have that covered too! Dive Pro First Aid meets the strict licensing requirements for professionals. We also offer Red Cross, Emergency First Response and Divers Alert Network Instructor training. Public Safety Divers are trained here too!

SCUBA Network safety training is step one for safer diving!
Divers Alert Network: BLS- First Aid/CPR with AED Use -This program prepares you to address multiple problems at once and with confidence. It combines the knowledge and skills from the following four courses into a single approach to managing diving emergencies:
- Basic Life Support: CPR and First Aid,

Emergency Oxygen for Scuba Diving Injuries- -This program prepares you to address multiple problems related to pressure injuries for scuba divers by administering oxygen on scene. Divers are subjected to barotrauma, DCS, DCI, IPE, and other pressure related illnesses when diving and this course will help you treat those at once and with confidence.

Diving First Aid for Professional Divers (DFA Pro)
DAN’s Diving First Aid for Professional Divers course is designed for commercial, professional, aquarium and scientific divers, and it provides knowledge and first-aid skills specifically for these work environments. It is the most comprehensive first aid course in the dive industry, and taking this course gives Divemasters and dive instructors an indispensable set of risk-mitigation skills.
This course is also approved by the U.S. Coast Guard as meeting the CPR and first aid requirements for captain and mate licenses. It has also been accepted by the American Camp Association for staff CPR and first aid requirements.
Emergency First Response Provider
Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.
Primary Care (CPR) skills taught in this course:

Scene Assessment, Barrier Use, Primary Assessment, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Serious Bleeding Management, Shock Management, Spinal Injury Management, Conscious and Unconscious Choking Management.
